Here is an example of a residential floodproofing project. In this case, we worked with the homeowner by landscaping the property after the structural work was complete.
Mr. Wilson was the first Chair of the Association of State Floodplain Managers’ (ASFPM) Floodproofing/Retrofitting Committee. He has written parts of several FEMA publications and authored the on-line ASFPM course in Floodproofing produced by the Red Vector.com, a company specializing in continuing education for licensed professionals. Mr. Wilson has jointly authored or sat on committees writing the following manuals:
